Often called “moving meditation\,” Tai Chi enhances balance\, flexibility\, and calm. Movements can be done standing or seated. \nPlease wear loose-fitting clothing. No equipment needed. \nMore about the instructor: \nLavada Smith brings a rich blend of experience\, knowledge\, and calm energy to every class she teaches. A certified Qigong Instructor and Practitioner since 2018 and a certified Tai Chi Yang-Wu Form Instructor since 2016\, Lavada shares her deep understanding of mindful movement with grace and patience. \nBefore stepping into the world of holistic wellness\, Lavada spent 48 years in the fields of technology and engineering\, followed by a decade as a kinesiology and massage therapist.
