The tasting menu includes Viognier paired with herbed Boursin\, apricot\, fresh thyme\, and hot honey; Mourvèdre paired with roasted turkey\, jalapeño havarti\, sliced strawberry\, and smoky barbecue sauce; Cabernet Franc paired with a savory beef meatball glazed with blackberry preserves; and Sweet Moscato paired with grilled pound cake topped with orange marmalade and mint. \nThe guided tasting offers a refined and relaxed setting in the Lost Oak tasting room\, making it an ideal experience for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
