This class is divided into two parts: \nPart I: Qigong (Chi Kung)\nStart with slow\, repetitive movements that promote relaxation and help prepare the body and mind for Tai Chi. Qigong can also be practiced on its own for stress relief and improved energy flow. \nPart II: Tai Chi\nLearn the Yang-Wu 46-Movements Tai Chi Form—a flowing sequence of low-impact movements coordinated with breath and focus. Often called “moving meditation\,” Tai Chi enhances balance\, flexibility\, and calm. Movements can be done standing or seated. \nPlease wear loose-fitting clothing.
