Fire Trail Running Festival at Guadalupe River State Park

The Fire Trail Running Festival takes place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Guadalupe River State Park in Spring Branch. This nighttime trail run offers distances of 8K, 25K, and 50K, as well as an 8K ruck. Runners will navigate rocky and dirt single-track trails through the scenic grasslands and woodlands of the park. Packet pickup is from 6 pm to 7 pm, with races starting at 8 pm. The event features a well-supported course, race photography, and aid station food and hydration to fuel participants through the night.
All finishers receive a soft race shirt and a collectible finisher’s medal, with special awards for the top three men and women in each distance, as well as unique prizes like the DFL award for 50K participants and a RUCK patch for ruck finishers. As part of the Texas Summer Night Series, this race is perfect for trail runners and outdoor enthusiasts looking to challenge themselves and enjoy a festive, community-driven event. Volunteers are needed for cleanup at 8 am on Sunday, and more information, including maps and details about the other events in the Texas Summer Night Series, can be found at www.TexasOutlawRunning.com.
