Kiss the Cook is honored to have our Wusthof Representative, Jessica, return for another knife skills class. We are offering two classes, but can open that to three classes, if needed. Each class accommodates 10 participants. Each class will be given a Wusthof apron and an opportunity to win a Wusthof product. The class focuses on learning all about your knives, knowing the best knives for certain tasks and the best practices to help your blades stay sharp for longer. A simple dish will be prepared in learning these skills and can be enjoyed at the end of the class.
