Often called “moving meditation\,” Tai Chi enhances balance\, flexibility\, and calm. Movements can be done standing or seated. \nPlease wear loose-fitting clothing. No equipment needed. \nMore about the instructor: \nLavada Smith brings a rich blend of experience\, knowledge\, and calm energy to every class she teaches.
