DESCRIPTION:VFW Post 688 is bringing a nostalgic evening of music\, dancing\, and vintage flair to The Cana Ballroom with A 1940s Night at the USO\, happening February 28\, 2026. \nGuests can choose between two experiences. The afternoon matinee (1:00–2:30 pm) features a Frank Sinatra tribute performance by Frank Cubillo. The evening gala (8:00–11:00 pm) is the full USO-style celebration\, with Frank Sings Frank backed by the Boerne Jazz Band\, dinner\, swing dancing\, a photo booth\, and classic big band vibes. \n1940s attire is encouraged for the evening gala to fully lean into the theme. Proceeds support VFW Post 688 and its ongoing work in the community. \nTickets are on sale now here\, and the VFW is also seeking event sponsors.
