Seafood selections include oysters on the half shell and jumbo shrimp cocktail. \nCarving stations will feature garlic and rosemary-crusted prime rib\, apple cider and brown sugar-glazed ham\, and sage butter-roasted turkey breast. Additional buffet dishes include roasted salmon with whole-grain mustard and maple glaze\, smothered chicken with wild mushroom and sage gravy\, roasted garlic whipped potatoes\, green beans with brown butter and toasted almonds\, sweet potato casserole with pecan streusel\, and cornbread dressing with roasted apples and sage. \nDessert options include traditional pumpkin pie with whipped cream\, bourbon pecan pie\, Dutch apple pie\, cranberry-orange bread pudding with warm vanilla sauce\, chocolate mousse cake\, and assorted petite fours. \nThe Thanksgiving Feast runs from 11 am to 4 pm on Thursday\, November 26\, with seating times at 11 am\, 1 pm\, and 3 pm.
