Exciting changes are underway at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club as the historic property prepares for a multimillion-dollar renovation. Located just north of San Antonio, this beloved Hill Country club is embracing its roots while introducing modern amenities to enhance the member experience.
The renovations build on recent upgrades, including enhancements to the Blackjack Golf Course in 2024. Now, the spotlight turns to transforming multiple areas of the club, from golf facilities to dining and recreational spaces, ensuring Fair Oaks Ranch remains a top-tier destination for years to come.

The project includes sweeping improvements designed to elevate every aspect of the club. Members can look forward to:
- Live Oak Course Renovations: Led by the Lanny Wadkins Design Firm, the upgrades will enhance the playability and aesthetics of this signature course.
- Expanded Fitness Center: Featuring cutting-edge Technogym equipment for state-of-the-art workouts.
- 12 New Pickleball Courts (completed): Catering to the growing demand for this popular sport.

Timeline and Member Access
Renovations are began in early 2025 and are proceeding strategically to minimize disruptions. The tennis and pickleball renovations are already completed. All others are underway and will be opened in phases. The new fitness center should be done around end May, golf course end of May, and the restaurant most likely end of July.
Key areas of the club will remain accessible whenever possible, ensuring members can continue to enjoy their favorite amenities throughout the process.
The project should wrap up end of summer, according to a recent filing.
