DESCRIPTION:Murph Workout at Hill Country CrossFit offers a meaningful community fitness event honoring U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy on Saturday\, May 23 at 7:30 am and 9 am. \nThe annual “Murph” workout is held in remembrance of Lt. Murphy\, who was killed in action during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan on June 28\, 2005. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his extraordinary courage and sacrifice while attempting to save his team. \nParticipants are invited to take part in this challenging workout as a tribute to his service and legacy. The event provides an opportunity for the community to come together in honor\, remembrance\, and support.
