Celebrate Mother’s Day with a peaceful, family-friendly walk through the stunning landscapes of Honey Creek State Natural Area, hosted by Guadalupe River State Park. This guided trek offers guests a chance to experience the beauty of nature while honoring moms and creating special memories.

The walk will cover just under two miles and is moderate in difficulty, with mostly flat terrain along with some rocky areas, slopes, and two short but steep hills. After the walk, guests can enjoy pastries and non-alcoholic “MOM-osas” at the Rust House to continue the celebration.

The event will take place on Sunday, May 11, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Guests should meet outside the Rust House at Guadalupe River State Park, 3350 Park Road 31, Spring Branch, TX 78070. Sturdy footwear, water, and sun protection are recommended. The walk is best suited for ages 7 and up and is not stroller-friendly. No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
