Rooted Strength Postpartum Class

This 4 week series is designed to help you reconnect with your core, rebuild strength and regain confidence without rushing or burning yourself out. Sessions offered at various times of the year. Trails to Walk
We love a great walking trail that accommodates a stroller. Here are a few places we love.
Cibolo Creek Trail and River Road Park
415 River Rd. Boerne
Take a stroller stroll with your baby along our very own river walk. Wave to the ducks and soak up the Texas sun, this is the perfect walking trail for the whole family. It goes all the way from the dam on River Road to The Kendall Inn. You can park at either end.
Cibolo Nature Center

Experience one of Boerne’s favorite places to walk in nature and take in the sounds of the wilderness. It’s the perfect spot to stroll with your baby or even sit down for a little picnic. Some of the trail are stroller friendly, while others may require you to wear your baby (like down by the creek).

One of our favorite places to go for a walk, this walking path is perfect for you and your baby in the stroller. Plus, you get to soak in the beauty of nature while enjoying some fresh air. And if you want a challenge, the hike all the way up to ring mountain is paved!
