Thrifty Happy Hour takes place September 19 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Hill Country Animal League Thrift Store, 115 W. Bandera Rd., Boerne, TX 78006. The event is sponsored by Stolzes BBQ, Lost Oak, and Nothing Bundt Cakes. Proceeds support HCAL’s affordable spay and neuter services and efforts to prevent neglect and abuse of pets in the community.
