A community-wide celebration of young entrepreneurship takes place during Boerne Lemonade Day on May 2, 2026 from 11 am to 2 pm throughout Boerne, TX.

Hosted by the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, Lemonade Day is a hands-on program that teaches kids how to start, own, and operate their own small business through a lemonade stand. Participants gain valuable skills in business planning, budgeting, marketing, and customer service, with lessons leading up to opening day.

On event day, more than 300 young entrepreneurs will set up stands across the Hill Country Mile and throughout Kendall County, offering lemonade, baked goods, dog treats, and other creative products. It’s a unique opportunity for the community to support local youth while enjoying a fun and lively atmosphere.

Registration is free and includes a Lemonade Day backpack along with access to educational resources and workshops. Registration opens March 2 at https://lemonadeday.org/boerne.

Additional events leading up to Lemonade Day include a Backpack Pick-Up Party on April 1, Financial Education Classes on April 15 and 16, and a Best Tasting Lemonade Competition on April 30.
