Art AfterHours – Polymer Clay Tiles at Hill Country Council for the Arts

Art AfterHours – Polymer Clay Tiles builds on polymer clay techniques by focusing on transforming patterned canes into finished slabs and tiles. This workshop explores the process of slicing and combining cane pieces to create cohesive designs, while also introducing texture through the use of cutters, stamps, and stencils. Participants will experiment with shaping and surface detail to develop a finished clay piece with visual depth and character.
The class will take place on April 21 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Hill Country Council for the Arts, located at 102 City Park Rd., Boerne, TX 78006. The cost to attend is $35 and includes guided instruction throughout the session. Completed tiles and slabs can be used in future projects such as earrings, beads, and mixed media artwork, making this class a versatile option for those interested in expanding their polymer clay skills.
