Bakers looking to elevate their sourdough game can enjoy an interactive Sourdough Shaping Party with Shelby’s Dae-ly Meals at the Hill Country Council for the Arts. This hands-on class is perfect for those who already know the basics and want to shape, fold, and score dough like a pro.

Participants will bring their own active starter and learn creative scoring and shaping tricks. The class includes all materials needed, and everyone will leave with dough ready to bake at home. Expect a fun and flour-filled session designed to add flair to every loaf.
