The Charcuterie and Wine Experience at Saint Tryphon Farm & Vineyards will take place on Sunday, November 24, from 11 am to 1 pm. This event, guided by Mad Platter Provisions, will offer guests the chance to explore the art of creating charcuterie boxes filled with cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, and decadent chocolates.

Participants will learn how to assemble a balanced and beautiful charcuterie box, which they can take home. Katherine, known for her gourmet charcuterie boxes, will lead the session. Guests can also enjoy a glass of Saint Tryphon wine, included in the ticket price, while perfecting their charcuterie skills.
