The meal begins with a mixed green salad, followed by slow-cooked herb-crusted prime rib served with charred onion au jus, tender asparagus, and horseradish mashed potatoes. For dessert, guests can enjoy caramel pumpkin cheesecake, a sweet finish to the holiday feast.

Dinner is available on Thursday, December 24, and Friday, December 25, from 5 to 9 pm each evening. The price is $52 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
