Get into the holiday spirit early during the Christmas in July: Wooden DIY Christmas Banner workshop on July 25 from 10 am to 1 pm at The Downtown DIY in Boerne.

Participants will create a festive Santa’s Village-themed wooden holiday banner by painting and personalizing a collection of wooden ornaments. Each piece can be displayed individually on a Christmas tree or strung together to create a decorative banner. A wide selection of paints, ribbons, twine, bells, greenery, glitter, faux snow, beads, and other embellishments will be available to help guests design a unique holiday decoration in their preferred style.

No crafting experience is necessary. Step-by-step instruction and all materials are provided, making this a fun and relaxing workshop for crafters of all skill levels. Participants will leave with a completed handmade holiday decoration to enjoy for years to come or give as a thoughtful gift.
