Learn the fundamentals of digital painting during the Digital Painting Using Procreate Workshop on Saturday, August 8, from 10 am to 1 pm at The AgriCultural Museum and Arts Center in Boerne.

Presented by the Hill Country Council for the Arts, this hands-on workshop is led by artist Susan, who discovered digital painting through Procreate after health challenges made traditional easel painting difficult. Participants will explore how the app recreates the experience of painting with oils, watercolor, charcoal, and other traditional media while learning techniques for creating digital artwork on an iPad.

Participants must bring an iPad with the Procreate app already installed. Procreate is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store, and attendees should verify that their iPad is compatible with the app before the workshop.
