A fun and hands-on Earth Day activity takes place during the Earth Day Seed Bomb Kids Craft on Wednesday, April 22 from 5 pm to 7 pm at The Downtown DIY, 206 W Highland Dr., Ste 101, Boerne, TX 78006.

This kid-friendly workshop invites children to create seed bombs using colorful, pre-made paper pulp and a variety of seeds and molds. Participants can shape and design multiple seed bombs, which can later be planted to grow flowers and support local ecosystems.

Each child will also receive display or gift cards to pair with their creations, making them easy to plant at home or share with others. The activity introduces kids to gardening and environmental care in a creative and approachable way.

All materials are included. Children ages 2 to 5 require a parent to assist, while those ages 6 and up can participate independently with instructor guidance.
