Grab your camping gear and head out for the only day of the year that camping is allowed at Boerne Lake! Sponsored by Boerne Parks and Recreation, the Family Camp Out is a fun time with a fishing, food, raffle prizes, games, and more family-friendly fun.

The Saturday fun starts at 10 am. The Boerne Parks and Rec team will provide hot dogs, chips, and drinks for dinner. You can also bring your own food if you like. They’ll also provide coffee, donuts, and juice the next morning at 8 am.

Bring you tents, chairs, drinking water, and anything else you need. These will be primitive camp sites, so no drinking water, electricity, etc. will be provided.

Remember, Boerne City Lake Park is now alcohol-free. And if you plan to fish and are over age 17, make sure you have your license!
