Fossil-Files (Lattes at the Library) at Patrick Heath Public Library

Discover the fascinating world of fossils and rocks during Fossil-Files (Lattes at the Library) on Wednesday, July 8, from 10 am to 11:30 am at Patrick Heath Public Library.
Part of the library’s Summer Learning Odyssey: Unearth Your Story, this bi-weekly program combines learning and fun through themed presentations and hands-on exploration. This session features Miss Leslie, who will introduce participants to the world of backyard fossils and rocks, sharing insights into how these natural treasures are formed and identified.
Guests are encouraged to bring a fossil or rock from their own collection for examination. Program leaders will do their best to help identify specimens and answer questions about their origins and characteristics.
The program will be held in the Library Conference Room. Space is limited, and advance RSVP is requested.
Whether you’re a longtime rock enthusiast or simply curious about the natural world, this engaging program offers an opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with fellow fossil enthusiasts.
