Celebrate Independence Day with a community-driven race for a great cause. On Friday, July 4, 2025, the Freedom 10 Miler & 5K invites runners and walkers of all levels to participate in this exciting event, which also includes a kids’ fun run. Starting at 7:30 am, this family-friendly race will take you through the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Proceeds from registration fees will support Acacia Medical Mission, a nonprofit clinic that provides free medical care to uninsured and underserved individuals in the Bulverde-Spring Branch community.

The 5K costs $35, the 10-mile run is $45, and the kids’ fun run is $20, with price increases after June 25, 2025. There are no refunds for the race, and registration will close on July 4 at 11:59 pm.
