Kids ages 3–10 can twirl, wiggle, and groove through the magical mushroom life cycle during the Funky Fungi Dance Class, happening Saturday, July 19 from 11:00 to 11:45 am at the Gathering Hall at Herff Farm, 33 Herff Rd, Boerne, TX 78006.

This joyful, movement-filled class will guide children through each stage of the mushroom’s life—from drifting spores and sprouting hyphae to connecting as mycelium and bursting forth as fully grown mushrooms. No dance experience is necessary—just comfy clothes, creativity, and a love for movement and nature. Instructor Roxy Eguia of the Central Texas Mycological Society brings her passion for fungi, sustainability, and creative expression to this fun, imaginative experience.
