Young artists can bring their favorite Pokémon characters to life during the Kids Art Workshop: Pokémon Camp on Friday, July 17, from 10 am to 4 pm at Gina Marie’s Art Studio in Boerne.

Designed for children ages 7 and older, this popular annual camp gives participants the opportunity to create a painting featuring their favorite Pokémon character. Families are asked to text the studio with their child’s character choice before the workshop so instructors can prepare for each project. The extended class time allows campers to complete more detailed artwork while receiving step-by-step guidance throughout the day.

Participants should wear clothes that can get messy, as painting activities are hands-on. Celebrating its sixth year, this Pokémon-themed camp continues to be one of the studio’s favorite creative experiences for young artists.
