Master Artist Series: Frida Kahlo introduces young artists to the colorful and expressive style of renowned artist Frida Kahlo through a self-portrait workshop at Gina Marie’s Art Studio in Boerne, TX.

Taking place on July 30 from 10 am to 3 pm, this hands-on class invites participants ages 7 and older to create self-portraits inspired by Frida Kahlo’s bold colors, surrealist style, and symbolic storytelling. No prior art experience is required, making the workshop accessible for beginners and experienced young artists alike.

The cost is $95 per participant. Students should bring a nut-free lunch, as the studio maintains a nut-free environment during summer camps. Late pickup from 3 pm to 5 pm is available for an additional $35 by arrangement with the studio. This camp is not eligible for a sibling discount.

Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
