The Boerne Police Department will hold a public memorial service on May 6 to honor fallen K-9 Chico, who was killed in the line of duty during a traffic stop.

The service begins at 10 am at 1910 Church (130 Sisterdale Rd, Boerne). All are welcome to attend and pay tribute to Chico’s service and sacrifice.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boerne Police Foundation in Chico’s memory.
