The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, May 5, 2025, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Boerne City Hall, located at 447 N. Main Street, Boerne, TX.

The Commission typically meets to discuss and guide planning and zoning matters that shape the growth and development of Boerne. These meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity to stay informed about local decisions.

This meeting will focus on a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow for a drive-thru at a Starbucks in the C2 – Transitional Commercial Zoning District within the SoBo – South Boerne Overlay District generally located at the northeast corner of Gallant Fox and Herff Road.
