Seascape Painting Workshop at The AgriCultural Museum and Arts Center

Explore the beauty of coastal landscapes through art during the Seascape Painting Workshop on Saturday, July 11, from 10 am to 1 pm at The AgriCultural Museum and Arts Center.
The workshop is led by Pauly Tamez, an abstract expressionist and impressionistic landscape painter known for his vibrant use of color, fluid forms, and emotionally expressive compositions. Working primarily in oils and supported by watercolor studies, Tamez draws inspiration from the Texas landscape to create artwork that blends realism with abstraction.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from Tamez’s artistic approach while creating their own seascape-inspired works. His teaching is influenced by the mentorship of renowned Texas landscape painters Bill Zaner and David Caton, whose guidance helped shape his evolving artistic style.
Designed for artists and enthusiasts alike, the workshop offers a creative environment to explore color relationships, composition, and personal expression while gaining insight into the techniques and inspiration behind Tamez’s work.
Whether you’re an experienced painter or simply looking to expand your artistic skills, this workshop provides a unique opportunity to learn from a respected Texas artist and celebrate creativity through landscape painting.
