Sewing and Textile Art Camp offers an intermediate-level sewing experience for young makers on June 17–19 from 10 am to 3 pm at Gina Marie’s Art Studio in Boerne, TX.

Designed for ages 8 and older, this three-day camp is geared toward students with prior sewing experience, particularly those who have completed the Beginner Sewing Class with Ms. Gina. Participants will reinforce hand-stitching techniques before moving into sewing machine projects and textile-based creations.

Students should already be familiar with basic stitches such as the running stitch and back stitch and should be able to thread a needle and tie a knot before camp begins. These foundational skills help participants move confidently into more advanced sewing projects during the workshop.

The cost is $275 per participant. Children should bring a nut-free lunch, as the studio is nut-free during summer camps. Late pickup from 3 pm to 5 pm is available for an additional $35 by arrangement with the studio. This camp is not eligible for a sibling discount.
