Sewn in Faith: Hand Embroidered Tee Class offers a meaningful and hands-on creative experience focused on designing a personalized, wearable piece. The workshop will take place on Saturday, May 16 from 10 am to 12 pm at The Downtown DIY.

This beginner-friendly class introduces the basics of hand embroidery while guiding participants through creating a fabric cross appliqué stitched onto a t-shirt. Guests will choose from a selection of fabrics and learn simple decorative stitching techniques to secure and embellish their design, resulting in a unique and personal finished piece.

The session includes step-by-step instruction on foundational stitches, placement, and design, making it approachable for all skill levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own t-shirt for the best fit, while all other materials, including fabric, thread, and tools, are provided.
