Shelby’s Dae-ly Meals, well-known to many in the Hill Country for her fresh meal prep, catering, and popular sourdough baked goods at the Boerne Farmers Market, is opening a new café in Comfort.

The café will feature a wholesome menu of fresh salads, hearty soups, and sandwiches made with her signature homemade sourdough. Guests can also look forward to baked goods, pressed organic juices, coffee, and grab-and-go casseroles designed to make busy weeknight dinners easy.

The new space is located inside Shopping with Siobhain’s Downright Comfort Antique Store at 205 TX-27 in Comfort. Hours will be Wednesday through Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm. A soft opening is planned for Wednesday, August 27.

Beyond her food, Shelby has been an active force for good in the community. Following the recent Hill Country floods, she and a team of volunteers helped raise funds, deliver snacks, and serve over 3,000 meals to those in need.

This new café marks an exciting chapter for Shelby’s Dae-ly Meals, bringing her healthy, homemade food to Comfort while continuing to support the community that has embraced her.
