An interactive and educational family program takes place during the Solar Sky Viewing Activity on April 7 from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm at the Patrick Heath Public Library, 451 N Main St., Boerne, TX 78006.

Designed for kids and families, this program combines hands-on learning with outdoor exploration. Participants will create fun star-themed snacks, learn about the sun and the night sky, and head outside to safely view the sun using special solar lenses.

The program begins in the Youth Activity Room located within the Youth Services Department before moving outdoors for the viewing portion.
