The session takes place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at The Wellness Hub, located at 806 E. Blanco Rd., Boerne, TX 78006. Seating is limited, and advance registration is required to reserve a spot.

Participants are asked to park in the back of the building and enter through the back door.
