An immersive evening of sound and stillness comes to Boerne with Sound Meditation on Sunday, February 22 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at San Antonio Yoga in Boerne, 101 Oak Ridge Drive, Boerne, TX 78006.

Led by Singing Bowl Lady, this hour-long experience features quartz crystal singing bowls in a powerful, multi-layered sonic meditation. The tones and vibrations are designed to calm the mind, energize the body, and create a deeply relaxing meditative state. Blending elements of music and mindfulness, the session offers a full-body sound bath intended to soothe, restore, and recharge.

Participants are asked to bring their own mat, blanket, pillows, or anything needed to feel comfortable during the session. The experience is open to ages 14 and up. Please note that bowl sessions are not recommended for individuals with pacemakers or for pregnancies under 12 weeks.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice and must be used within six months of the original session date.
