Sourdough Workshop at Herff Farm

Sourdough Workshop at Herff Farm offers a hands-on experience exploring the history, science, and art of sourdough baking. The class will take place on May 14 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Hunke Gathering Hall at Herff Farm, located at 33 Herff Rd., Boerne, TX.
Led by instructor Andrea Bohn, this workshop guides participants through the process of creating sourdough while learning foundational techniques and concepts. Attendees will leave with a mixing bowl, Dutch whisk, wooden spoon, kitchen towel, a loaf in progress, and an established sourdough starter to continue baking at home.
The class is designed for individuals, friends, couples, or family members looking for a fun and educational experience. Admission is $65 per person, and space is limited to 25 participants. Registration in advance is required, and walk-ins will not be accepted.
