Discover the timeless art of sourdough breadmaking during a hands-on workshop at the Gathering Hall at Herff Farm, located at 33 Herff Rd, Boerne, TX 78006. Led by instructor Andrea Bohn, this engaging and beginner-friendly class will explore the history, science, and practical techniques behind baking sourdough from scratch.

Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to refine your skills, participants will be guided through every step—from fermentation to kneading, shaping, and baking. Each attendee will receive a sourdough starter and a kit that includes a mixing bowl, Dutch whisk, wooden spoon, kitchen towel, and a loaf in progress.

The workshop is offered on two dates: Wednesday, October 23 and Wednesday, November 6, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The cost is $60 per person.
