A seasonal tasting experience awaits during the Spring Elevated Wine Tasting at Lost Oak Cellars in Boerne, TX. Offered for a limited time on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7 pm to 8 pm, this guided wine and food pairing highlights the flavors of the season alongside the winery’s award-winning Texas wines.

Guests will enjoy four thoughtfully curated pairings designed to showcase the character of each wine. The tasting menu includes Viognier paired with herbed Boursin, apricot, fresh thyme, and hot honey; Mourvèdre paired with roasted turkey, jalapeño havarti, sliced strawberry, and smoky barbecue sauce; Cabernet Franc paired with a savory beef meatball glazed with blackberry preserves; and Sweet Moscato paired with grilled pound cake topped with orange marmalade and mint.

The guided tasting offers a refined and relaxed setting in the Lost Oak tasting room, making it an ideal experience for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike. The event is $35 per person and is open to guests ages 21 and over.
