Spring Renewal Volunteer Workday brings the community together for a day of service and environmental stewardship at the Cibolo Nature Center. The event will take place on May 16 from 8 am to 3 pm.

Held in celebration of National River Cleanup Day, this volunteer effort focuses on improving and restoring key areas around the Nature Center. Projects may include addressing erosion, enhancing wildlife habitat, repairing aging infrastructure, and improving the overall appearance and accessibility of the campus. These efforts help protect local waterways and create a safer, more welcoming environment for visitors.

Volunteers of all backgrounds are welcome, and those with specialized skills such as electricians, carpenters, and landscape architects are encouraged to participate and help lead projects. Individuals, groups, and classes are invited to take part in this meaningful day of conservation and community impact.
