Community leaders, service providers, and residents are invited to attend the State of Disabilities in the Hill Country Town Hall and Resource Fair on April 20, 2026, from 7:30 am to 11 am at the Cana A Ballroom, 202 W. Kronkosky Street, Boerne, TX. Presented by LTO Ventures, the event is the first intergenerational, cross-disability town hall in the region focused on addressing issues affecting Texans with intellectual or developmental disabilities, seniors and aging populations, and veterans with acquired disabilities.

The program will feature a panel of experts working on the front lines of disability services and advocacy across Texas and the Hill Country. Speakers include Mark Olson, Founder, President and CEO of LTO Ventures and Autumn Hills Village; Olivia Burdick, CEO of The Center; Victor Medina, President and Founder of TBI Warrior Foundation; Tony Ritter, President of Advantage Care Services and President of Providers Alliance for Community Services for Texas (PACSTX); Tod Citron, CEO of Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers; Jenny Cashion, Head of Delegation for Boerne Blaze Special Olympics; and Brandon Briery, Ph.D., Chief Operations Officer of Children’s Association for Maximum Potential.

The event will also include a Resource Fair featuring organizations that provide services and support to individuals with disabilities and their families across the Hill Country. Participants will learn about the growing challenges facing disability services in Texas, including population growth, aging demographics, and increasing demands on funding and staffing, while exploring strategies and actions that can help address these issues.
