Mahjong enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to enjoy a weekend of games, relaxation, and Hill Country hospitality during the Summer Mahjong Retreat 2026 from Friday, July 17, at 4 pm through Sunday, July 19, at 1 pm at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort, located at 1 Resort Way, Boerne, TX 78006.

Presented in partnership with Hill Country Mahjong, the retreat combines curated mahjong experiences with themed events, resort amenities, and opportunities to connect with fellow players. The weekend features five mahjong sessions ranging from guided lessons and open play to a friendly tournament, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players.

Themed activities throughout the retreat include Country Club Chic on Friday, Old Hollywood High Rollers on Saturday, the Mahj Gone Wild Dinner on Saturday evening, and a relaxing Zen Mahj session on Sunday. Admission includes a welcome drink, access to all retreat activities and mahjong sessions, and entry to the Mahj Gone Wild Dinner.

Guest accommodations at Tapatio Springs are available separately and are not included with event admission. Space is limited to create an intimate experience.
