Wind down your week with a calming yoga session led by instructor Janeen Castillo in the Community Room at the Patrick Heath Public Library. This free adult yoga class will take place on Friday, July 18 at 6:00 pm and offers a chance to stretch, relax, and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere inspired by the colors of the Northern Lights.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, though a limited number of mats will be available for use. The session is open to all experience levels and is a peaceful way to end the day in a welcoming community space.
