East Coast flavors arrive in the Texas Hill Country during Taste of Jersey at Pinchy’s Lobster & Raw Bar. Created by founder and CEO Nick DiBartolomeo, the special event brings classic New York and New Jersey boardwalk-inspired dishes to Boerne for a day of food, live music, and outdoor cooking demonstrations.

The event will take place on June 14 at 10 am. Guests can enjoy regional favorites including pork roll, cheesesteaks, and sausage and peppers prepared using suppliers and ingredients commonly found along the Jersey Shore. Exhibition cooking on the lawn and live music performances will add to the festive atmosphere throughout the day.

Inspired by Nick DiBartolomeo’s upbringing in New York and New Jersey, the event offers visitors a chance to experience flavors and traditions not commonly found in South Texas and the Hill Country.
