Technology help is available during Tech Time: Webmaster Wiggins every Thursday from 2 pm to 3 pm at Patrick Heath Public Library in Boerne, TX. Kirk Wiggins, also known as Webmaster Wiggins, will be in the lobby to assist visitors with everyday technology questions and basic digital tasks.
