Chocolate lovers are invited to continue their journey into the world of fine chocolate during The Chocolate Experience: Chocolate Alchemy on Thursday, July 23, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at Herff Farm, located at 33 Herff Rd., Boerne, TX 78006.

Led by Chef Sidney Hill of Renee’s Fine Chocolates, this engaging class is the second installment in a three-part series that explores chocolate from bean to bar. Participants will take a deeper look at the craft, techniques, and artistry involved in chocolate making while learning how ingredients, sourcing, and production methods influence flavor and quality.

The Chocolate Experience series offers a unique opportunity to discover the rich history of chocolate, gain insight into the chocolate-making process, and develop a greater appreciation for the craftsmanship behind fine confections. The series concludes with a hands-on class in August where participants will create their own chocolate treats.

Whether attending as part of the full series or exploring the world of chocolate for the first time, guests can enjoy an educational and flavorful evening at Herff Farm.
