Chocolate lovers can explore the art of handcrafted confections during The Chocolate Experience: Create Your Own Confections on Thursday, August 20, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at Herff Farm, located at 33 Herff Rd., Boerne, TX 78006.

Led by Chef Sidney Hill of Renee’s Fine Chocolates, this hands-on workshop serves as the finale of The Chocolate Experience series while also welcoming participants attending as a standalone class. Guests will work with fine chocolate as they learn professional techniques for crafting their own chocolate bars, exploring flavor, creativity, and the bean-to-bar process under the guidance of an experienced chocolatier. Each participant will leave with handcrafted chocolate creations to enjoy at home.
