Gardeners of all levels can learn how to grow a thriving tomato garden at the Tomato Workshop hosted by the Cibolo Center for Conservation on Saturday, May 10, 2025. This hands-on session will guide participants through selecting the right tomato varieties, planting and soil preparation, caring for plants, managing pests and diseases, and harvesting tips.

Each attendee will receive tomato plants, seeds, and educational materials to take home. Participants are asked to bring their own gloves, pruners, and a positive attitude. The workshop will be led by Emily Nickerson, Herff Farm Manager.
