Wine & Bourbon Pairing Dinner at Valeria

Join Valeria Restaurant in Boerne for an exquisite wine and bourbon pairing dinner on November 19 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Indulge in a five-course menu featuring unique dishes, each paired with carefully selected wines and bourbon:
1st Course: House-cured pickles with sliced prosciutto and salami, served with house-made bread and butter. Paired with 2023 Branch Tannat Frizzante Rosé.
2nd Course: Crunchy Asian slaw with sesame seed-coated fried shrimp. Paired with 2023 Estate Picpoul Blanc, Camledge Vineyard.
3rd Course: Oaxacan corn tamal filled with pork and avocado leaf-infused black bean purée. Paired with 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Newsom Vineyards.
4th Course: Mesquite-grilled New Zealand ribeye with achiote garlic butter and roasted butternut squash. Paired with 2019 Estate Tannat, Lost Pirogue Vineyard.
5th Course / Dessert: Bending Branch bourbon pecan pie. Paired with Bending Branch 1840 High Rye Bourbon.
