Wine Dinner with Chef Jason Dady at Lost Oak Cellars

Experience an evening of fine dining and award-winning Texas wines at Lost Oak Cellars Cask Room on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This exclusive wine dinner features a custom-curated four-course menu by renowned Chef Jason Dady, with each dish expertly paired with a Lost Oak wine.
Chef Dady, a Texas native, has been recognized on Iron Chef Gauntlet, Beat Bobby Flay, and The Today Show and has earned accolades such as Best Chef in San Antonio and James Beard Foundation Award Semifinalist. His culinary expertise brings a bold and unique experience to this special dinner.
The evening’s menu includes:
- Signature Shrimp Toscana with lemon-caper aioli and Calabrese oil
- Tuscan-Style Panzanella Salad with grilled sourdough, arugula, pine nuts, and pecorino Toscano
- Casarecce Pasta with caramelized cauliflower, smoked gouda crema, and toasted hazelnuts
- Crème Brûlée Cheesecake with white chocolate, vanilla bean, and strawberry three ways
